Vehicle Rental

Yes. One (1) helmet or one (1) P.F.D. is included with each vehicle rental. Additional helmets, P.F.D., accessories er clothes (winter boots, mittens, Link travel bags, etc.) are also available for rental. You will be able to select the desired accessories when making your reservation online.

All our snowmobile helmets are "open face" type helmets with visor. We do not rent modular helmets nor helmets with heated visors.

Wearing a balaclava is mandatory under the helmet. You must provide your own balaclava, otherwise balaclavas are available for sale at the rental counter at all times.

For any other item that is not available at the rental center, you will certainly find it at our store upstairs.

It is possible (subject to availability - except for Spyder/Ryker) to take possession of your vehicle the day before at 5:00 p.m. and/or return it the next morning at 8:00 a.m., for a fee equivalent to 50% of the daily rate. It is possible to select this option when making your reservation online. You will also have extra mileage included.

Spyder/Ryker: yes!

ATVs and side-by-sides: a shuttle service is included and we take you to the entrance of the trail. You can also load the vehicle on your own trailer.

Snowmobile: The snowmobile trail connects directly with the rental center.

All watercraft (personal watercraft, rowboat, boat, pontoon) come on a trailer. We are not located on a water point. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that his vehicle is able to tow the rented watercraft, and that it is equipped with a two (2) inch ball.

The paddle boards are inflatable, and are provided in the carrying bag with the pump to inflate it.

Watercrafts ONLY (boats, rowboats, pontoons and personal watercrafts) come on a trailer fitted with a 2-inch ball.

We do not rent any other type of trailer.

Delivery is possible at a fixed rate of $50 + $1.95/km round trip, subject to availability. For any delivery request, please contact us and we will evaluate your request.

A milage is included for ethe following types of vehicle. If the mileage is exceeded, an additional charge will apply:

ATV: 150km/day included + $0.60/excess km

Spyder: 300km/day included + $0.30/excess km

No. The vehicle is rented with a full tank of gas, and must be returned full. You have the option of refueling at our gas pumps on your return (market price). For 2-stroke snowmobiles and outboard engines, oil is also at your expense.

All drivers must be 21 y.o. or older and have a valid driver's license at the time of rental.

The insurance does not cover the driver or his passenger(s), it only covers the vehicle, as well as its civil liability. The insurance deductible is $1,500 for rowboats (engine not covered), $5,000 for pontoons, and $3,000 for all other vehicles.

All drivers must have a valid driver's license in Quebec to be able to drive an off-road vehicle. The trail pass allowing you to ride side-by-sides, ATVs or snowmobiles on trails is included with the vehicle.

Any delay in returning the vehicle will be billed at the amount of $25+tx for each 15-minute delay.

All reservations can be canceled with refund of deposit up to 7 days prior to reservation date and time. Beyond this period, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Yes! The rental counter is open from Monday to Saturday, but it is possible to pick up or return a vehicle 7 days a week (reservation required on Sundays and public holidays).

An accident happens so quickly! In the event that the vehicle you reserved is damaged just before your reservation, and we are unable to repair it in time, we guarantee you a similar vehicle to honor your reservation.
