Yes. One (1) helmet is included with each vehicle rental. Additional helmets and winter clothing (coat, pants, mittens, boots) are also available for rental, as well as various accessories. You will be able to select the desired accessories when making your reservation online.
All our snowmobile helmets are "open face" type helmets with visor. We do not rent modular helmets.
Wearing a balaclava is mandatory under the helmet. You must provide your own balaclava, otherwise balaclavas are available for sale at the rental counter at all times.
A spare tire and wheel wrench are also included for each side-by-side vehicle.
For any other item that is not available at the rental center, you will certainly find it at our store upstairs.
It is possible (subject to availability) to take possession of your vehicle the day before at 5:00 p.m. and/or return it the next morning at 8:00 a.m., for a fee equivalent to 50% of the daily rate. It is possible to select this option when making your reservation online. You will also have extra mileage included.
The snowmobile trail connects directly with the rental center.
For ATVs and side-by-sides, a shuttle service is included and we take you to the entrance of the trail.
You can also load the vehicle on your own trailer.
Watercrafts ONLY (boats, rowboats, pontoons and personal watercrafts) come on a trailer fitted with a 2-inch ball.
We do not rent any other type of trailer.
Delivery is possible at a fixed rate of $50 + $1.95/km round trip, subject to availability. For any delivery request, please contact us and we will evaluate your request.
A milage is included for each type of vehicle. If the mileage is exceeded, an additional charge will apply:
Snowmobile: 250 km/day included + $0.30/excess km
Mountain biking: 120km/day included + $0.60/excess km
Side-by-side: 120km/day included + $0.70/excess km
Spyder: 300km/day included + $0.30/excess km
No. The vehicle is rented with a full tank of gas, and must be returned full. You have the option of refueling at our gas pumps on your return (market price). For 2-stroke snowmobiles and outboard motors, oil is also at your expense.
All drivers must be 21 y.o. or older and have a valid driver's license at the time of rental.
The insurance does not cover the driver or his passenger(s), it only covers the vehicle, as well as its civil liability. The insurance deductible is $2,500.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license in Quebec to be able to drive an off-road vehicle. The trail pass allowing you to ride snowmobiles, side-by-sides and ATVs on trails is included with the vehicle.
Any delay in returning the vehicle will be billed at the amount of $25+tx for each 15-minute delay.
All reservations can be canceled with refund of deposit up to 7 days prior to reservation date and time. Beyond this period, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
